Unlike the standard "recruiters" in London we are not database driven, and do not advertise under any circumstances. We believe that the most talented, most successful individuals within their chosen specialism will also be those that see the best opportunities, more often than not will be the best remunerated and therefore the least likely to be canvassing recruiters, sending out their CVs or responding to adverts. There are however always exceptions and that is where the experience and strength of network of our consultants comes into play.

Whilst we are agnostic in our approach and will always take a full 360 view of the market place. We understand that there may be certain companies of particular interest or disinterest and we are happy to be led by our clients.
